Adaptive rowing, also known as para-rowing, is an inclusive sport that accommodates individuals with a wide range of physical impairments. Through specialized equipment and tailored training techniques, adaptive rowers can enjoy the physical, mental, and social benefits of rowing.

Our team of volunteers create a supportive and welcoming environment where individuals of all abilities can develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals on the water. Our diverse rowers include those with physical and cognitive disabilities such as: spinal cord injury, visually impaired/blindness, amputation, Down’s syndrome, and Autism Spectrum.
